Commodity Basket — a declared aggregate

The dumbest operator in the family on purpose: declared members, declared weights, no cleverness. Its value is that everything downstream can cite exactly what the basket IS.

How it reads

basket path + members[] with weights and coverage. If a member's data is short, the flag says so — no silent truncation.
