Spectral Fragility — distance to runaway (ρ)

Every fragility case in the report series is summarised by one number first: rho, the spectral radius of the calibrated transmission web. It is deliberately shock-independent — a property of the wiring, not of any scenario. The rest of the family exists to open this number up.

How it reads

rho with the calibrated regime label; dominant_core[] names the nodes that would carry runaway amplification. Cross-case: the unified ruler memo fixes comparison rules (same closure, same estimation discipline).
