Calibration Robustness — does the reading survive?

A single calibrated number is a claim; this operator asks how much of it survives when every weight is shaken inside an honest band. Published case readings in the report series carry exactly this sweep.

How it reads

Per perturbation level: the distribution of rho (and dependents). If the regime label survives the band, the reading is load-bearing; if not, the honest sentence is 'inside calibration noise'.
